At this time, we will no longer accept returns unless the wrong product is shipped or the product is defective. 

 

 

DOMESTIC US ORDERS: Returns will be accepted if product is defective; and after it is brought to affirmats' attention via e-mail/phone within in 15 days after it   physically arrives in your mail. Refunds will be given for original purchase price. Shipping is not refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Returns will be accepted if product is defective; and after it is brought to affirmats' attention via e-mail/phone within in 15 days after it   physically arrives in your mail.
